How Luway works

Type a license plate and pick the country. Luway shows the drivers who added that plate themselves: the car's photo, model, the owner's name and badges. Then you contact them in the app.

Only from drivers. Nobody's plate is imported from a register: each plate appears only after its owner adds the car in the Garage. The owner decides what else is shown.

Open the car and tap Contact. You write in the Luway chat — your phone number stays private — or call if the owner made their number public. The car is attached to the message, so they know what it's about.

When you need help on the road — flat tyre, dead battery, an accident — tap SOS, choose what happened and send it. Drivers and services within about 25 km get a push and can come or call; tow trucks in your country are listed too.

From the Garage or the car's page, tap Report stolen. Every Luway driver in your country gets an alert with the plate and photo, and the car stays on top of their Home for 24 hours. Anyone who sees it can tell you where, or call 112 — and you mark it Found when it's back.

Yes. If a plate isn't registered, tap Write a comment about this plate. The comment also appears as a post in Community, the next driver searching that plate sees it, and when the owner registers the car every comment goes straight to their car.

Your cars in one place: photos, specs, documents and service history. Documents and the VIN stay private unless you make them public, and Luway reminds you 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before insurance, inspection or road tax expire.

Posts, questions, listings, services and groups — each in its own tab, never mixed. Ask about your car and owners of the same model answer, sell a car, request a service and get offers, or join a brand group.

Gifts are a way to say thank you — to someone who helped you, for a great post or a beautiful car. Some are free, others cost Luway Coins, which you buy in the app; the gifts you receive appear on your profile.

Karma shows how much a driver helps others. After an SOS or a chat, people can thank you: helped +8, responsible driver +5, fast reply +3, thank you +2, and useful Community posts add +3. Tap Karma on any profile to see who gave it and for what.

One big banner on the Home screen of every driver in a country. Anyone can take it with Luway Coins by bidding more than the current holder — a listing, a service, a post or your own 16:9 banner with a link. The one who holds it at midnight wins the day and gets a badge.

A monthly subscription for drivers: a blue Pro badge and ring around your photo, your posts and cars shown higher, and you support the development of Luway. You can cancel at any time from your store account.

Create a free business profile from Profile → For business. Drivers nearby send you requests, you reply with offers, answer SOS calls and post deals; the Business PRO plan gives you more visibility and statistics.

Only what you choose. Your plate appears after you add the car; phone numbers, city, gifts and profile details each have their own visibility setting in Settings → Edit profile.

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. It's free and needs no reason. Your profile, cars, listings and posts disappear right away; a protected copy is kept for 30 days only for legal obligations, then erased for good.
